Need a hand?

Ask a question, get help connecting an account, or let us know when something doesn’t feel clear.

How do I share my login details?

Use the secure login handoff inside the portal. It keeps your username and password out of email and project comments while giving the assigned Lighthouse posting team the access it needs.

What if I don’t finish everything today?

No problem. Your progress stays right where you left it, so you can come back whenever it works for you.

Where will I find content and footage?

Your Resources page will hold the latest calendar, footage, edits, and finished content as each area becomes ready.

Where can I find my agreement?

Your signed agreement stays available in your library. If anything looks unclear, send us a question and we’ll help.

Who should I contact about a shoot?

Send a quick support request and choose “Production or shoot.” We’ll make sure it reaches the right person.

Agency control plane

Northstar is not invite-ready yet.

Closed Won starts the onboarding record. The invitation stays gated until the client-specific ClickUp, Dropbox, owner, and approved links are present.

Launch readiness

Every requirement has an owner and a manual fallback. Nothing silently blocks forever.

Client success plans

Give every client one clear next win

Choose a goal that fits what the client needs now and what Lighthouse can honestly help move forward. Keep the client wording simple. Keep the proof and approval rules here with the team.

Northstar Wellness · active plan
Write like a helpful person. Keep the measurement and evidence rules in the internal fields above.

One path, different goals

The five stages stay familiar. The goal inside each stage should match the client’s real business and Lighthouse’s role.

Levels 1 and 2

Get moving

Finish setup, shape the first cycle, and put it on the calendar.

Level 3

Find the rhythm

Keep work moving on time without the monthly scramble.

Levels 4 and 5

Build real momentum

Turn content into useful conversations, leads, and smarter next moves.

Agency review queue

Clients only see approved progress. Unverified changes stay here.
